KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City, Missouri, Fire Department battled a house fire Thursday night at 1019 Agnes Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri.
KCFD responded to the fire around 9:50 p.m. and found a two-story house with visible flames from the second floor.
The fire jumped to a second house, according to a KCFD spokesperson.
There were no reported injuries and no word yet on a possible cause.
On Friday, police said a person of interest was taken into custody.
