KANSAS CITY, Mo — The Kansas City, Missouri Fire Department is investigating an apartment fire in the 1800 block of 15th Terrace.
Firefighters were called to the scene at 2:26 a.m. When they got there, they saw heavy fire and smoke coming from a two-story vacant apartment building.
Interior operations were initiated using multiple handlines.
No injuries were reported.
Dangerous buildings and City Planning were called to the scene.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation by KCFD.
