UPDATE - As the investigation continues into a deadly shooting in Mission, Kansas, police now say they believe no criminal act occurred.
Officers were called to the home in the 4600 block of W. 60th St. around 2:30 p.m. Saturday on a shooting call. A 27-year-old man was taken to an area hospital where he later died.
The investigation is still ongoing by the Fairway Police Department, the Johnson Criminalistic Laboratory, and Johnson County Sheriff's Department.

One man is dead after a shooting near 60th and Roe in Mission, Kansas.
Police say two people are involved and are related. They are working to determine if it was an accident or not.
No one is in custody at this time.
