KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City, Kansas Police Department issued a Silver Alert for 84-year-old Robert Banks.
Banks was last seen Tuesday between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the 2900 block of N. 27th Street in Kansas City, Kansas.
Police say he has dementia.
He was last seen wearing a green Carhart jacket and jeans.
Police say he has no phone and is possibly on foot.
Call 911 if you see him.
