KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department canceled a Silver Alert on Wednesday after 84-year-old Robert Banks was found.
Banks was last seen Tuesday between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the 2900 block of N. 27th Street in Kansas City, Kansas.
He is non-verbal, so his family, friends and police were concerned about his welfare.
