KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 76-year-old man.
Police say Ebuga Saidi was last seen near 12th Street and Central Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas around 10 a.m. on Dec. 18 when he was dropped off for a doctor’s appointment.
He might be wearing a red jacket with a white-striped shirt, white pants and red and white socks.
Saidi is nearly blind and has other medical conditions that require treatment. He is fluent in Swahili but does not speak English.
