July 26, 2019: Kansas City, Kansas, police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing man.
Paul C. Bagsby, 47, was last seen on Saturday at his home in the 3200 block of Freeman Avenue, police said.
He is 6 feet 2 inches tall and 250 pounds, with brown eyes. Police said he is bald.
