Kansas City, Kansas police request the public’s assistance in locating Charmane Horton.
According to police, Horton possibly left her residence on August 10 at 10 a.m., after talking to her mother on the phone. It is unknown what she was last seen wearing, or if she left on foot or vehicle. Horton suffers from various medical conditions and is on medication. Her date of birth is April 24, 1986.
Police are encouraging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Horton to call 911.
