KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Two suspected grenades were found Thursday at a business in Kansas City, Kansas, according to police.
An employee from a business in the 1000 block of South Packard Street called police to report the suspected grenades, which were found in the locker of a terminated employee, police said in a Twitter post on Friday morning.
Officers confirmed the presence of the suspected grenades. The Explosive Ordinance Disposal team responded to the business and took control of the scene, police said.
The incident remains under investigation.
