UPDATE, 8:16 p.m. | Michael Philavong has been located and is safe.
Kansas City, Kansas, police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing man who has been diagnosed with autism and schizophrenia.
Michael Philavong was last seen Friday in the area of Tenny Avenue and North Eighth Street.
He is 5 feet four inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. Philavong has black hair and brown eyes.
Police said they believe he is traveling on foot and that they do not have a clothing description.
