KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri, police said the missing and possibly endangered man it asked for help finding Sunday had been located and was safe.
KCPD said the family of Johnny R. Bazzell, 23, was concerned for his well-being and safety in a release shortly before 4:30 p.m.
Five hours later, the department said Bazzell "has been located and is fine."
