UPDATE 7:24 p.m. | Kansas City, Missouri, police responded just after 4 p.m. to a call for a reported dead body in the 1500 block of Northeast Vivion Road.
A deceased person was located in an apartment at Knollwood Apartments, according to KCPD.
Detectives and crime scene investigators are processing the scene to determine what occurred at the location. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Homicide Unit at 816-234-5043 or the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
A $25,000 cash reward could be issued for information that leads to an arrest.
