KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri, police are investigating a shooting that happened at an apartment complex Tuesday morning.
The call came from a complex in the 11400 block of Blue Ridge Boulevard just after 11:30 a.m.
According to police, the victim said someone fired into their apartment from outside.
The victim was hit and is hospitalized with serious injuries.
A baby was also inside the apartment but was not injured.
Police did not have any information on a suspect as of early Tuesday afternoon.
