UPDATE 9:50 PM 1/29/2019: Police say Gene Foster has been found safe.

Kansas City police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 76-year-old man with dementia.
Gene Foster was last seen Jan. 29 driving a yellow Ford Escape with Missouri license plate FD9X0Y.
He usually wears a blue and red University of Kansas baseball cap.
Police say he is suffering from dementia and may not be aware of where he is.
If you see Foster, police ask that you call 911 immediately. If you have information about his whereabouts, contact the KCPD Missing Persons Section at 816-234-5136.
