Dominique Murphy was last seen in the area of 59th Street and Norfleet Road around 2 a.m. Monday.
She left on foot wearing all black other than the blue and purple hoodie that she is wearing in her photo.
Dominique is described as a 5 feet 1 inch tall black female who weighs 110 pounds and has dyed red hair and brown eyes.
Family is concerned for the child's safety because of a psychological condition.
