KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Update: Luiz Garcia has been found and is safe.
Previous: Kansas City, Missouri, police are asking for help locating a missing juvenile.
Luiz Garcia is 12 years old and was last seen on Sept. 21 at his home near 3rd Street and Bellair Avenue around 11:30 p.m.
Garcia is five 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
The boy's family said he suffers from depression and they are very concerned.
