Breana Jackson, 26, is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair.
Jackson was last seen wearing a purple jacket and black pants.
According to police, Jackson set a fire in her bedroom and was last seen leaving her residence on East 8th Street.
Her parents said that she has the mental capacity of a 13 or 14-year-old, and they are concerned for her wellbeing.
