KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri, police are asking for help to locate a 15-year-old.
Frank Smith was last seen Jan. 18 leaving the 3200 block of Olive Street in Kansas City. He has “several medical issues,” according to police, that require daily medication.
He is 5’7” and weighs 325 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and was wearing dary gray pants and a black jacket.
Anyone with information about Smith’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the KCPD Missing Persons Unit at 816-234-5136.
