KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri, police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 40-year-old man.
Police said Thomas Robinson was last seen on foot in the area of the Whispering Lake Apartments near East 43rd Street and Northern Avenue.
His family is concerned for his welfare, police said.
Robinson is described as 6 feet tall and 160 pounds with brown eyes.
