UPDATE, 5:30 p.m. | Police in Kansas City, Missouri, have located Frank A. Danna, 53. He is safe.

EARLIER | Police in Kansas City, Missouri, are looking for Frank A. Danna, who was last seen Thursday at 11:25 a.m.

That's when Danna, 53, left his residence in the 300 block of Indiana Avenue to go to work. When he didn't show up, Danna's wife called police.

Danna — 5-feet-4 and 135 pounds, wearing a black polo shirt with green stripes and blue jeans — was last seen driving a gray 2008 Buick Lacrosse.

Officers and Danna's employer checked the route he normally takes to work. KCPD also checked license-plate readers around the city for any sign of his car.

The next step was to issue and alert to the public.

Danna’s family is concerned for his welfare because he has dementia, according to a KCPD release.

Anyone who spots Danna or has information about his whereabouts should contact the KCPD Missing Person Section at 816-234-5136.
