KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Missouri and Kansas highway patrol crews responded to dozens of crashes – none of which were fatal – during the first snow event of the season.
In Missouri, highway patrol responded to more than 200 hundreds calls for service, including 44 stranded motorists, 76 non-injury crashes and seven injury crashes.
Kansas Highway Patrol reported that its crews responded to 31 crashes between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the metro area.
