This Veterans Day a bridal store in Lenexa is making many military couple's dreams come true.
Rapid deployment or financial hardship can make it difficult to find a dress for members of the armed forces.
Belle Vogue Bridal is taking that stress away by giving free gowns to military brides in the "Gowns for Good" event.
"We are helping them with the most important day of their lives," said store manager Anna Hafner.
The program began six years ago. Since then, nearly 900 dress have been given away.
Kierra Watson is one of many brides who said "yes to the dress" this Veteran's Day.
She's looking for a white dress with lace and glitter. Watson is gettign married next October to Army specialist Corey Calico. He is stationed at Fort Leavenworth.
Calico recently got back from his second deployment in Cuba. The couple has been together for three years.
"The wedding is so much money. I didn't realize how expensive weddings were," said Watson.
Her mom helped her find the perfect dress.
"Oh my gosh I'm so super excited for them; they're such a cute little couple. They just love each other to death," Niko Reynolds, Watson's mother, gushed.
"Gowns for Good" for anyone getting married in the next year who is engaged to or is a member of the military.
