LENEXA, Kan. – A missing woman who hasn’t been in contact with friends or relatives since last week was found dead Thursday afternoon.
A Silver Alert had been issued for Georgia R. Miner. Late Thursday afternoon, Lenexa police said Miner was found dead in Topeka by the Topeka Police Department. Topeka police will investigate her death.
Police said Miner had displayed signs of dementia and gotten lost previously. Police also didn’t know if Miner has her medication with her.
