KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Lenexa, Kansas, Police Department said a 13-year-old boy who went missing Wednesday was located safe the following day.
Eli Purnell went missing at about 12:45 a.m. Wednesday, leaving his home in the 9500 block of Halsey Street.
