KANSAS CITY, Mo. — KSHB 41 anchor Kevin Holmes, aka "Tin Man," was live Thursday evening at the Trunk or Treat Spooktacular in Lee's Summit.
The popular event was held downtown in front of the Chamber Depot.
Dinner or snacks were available from food trucks, along with free candy and hot chocolate.
