KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Liberty, Missouri, man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Cass County Sunday afternoon.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 3:50 p.m. on Peculiar Drive at East 195th Street.
Two motorcycles were headed north on the road when the one hit the back of the other, ejecting both drivers.
Both drivers were wearing helmets, but the driver of the rear motorcycle was killed.
He was identified as 66-year-old Fred McInnis of Liberty.
The other driver sustained moderate injuries.
