KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One man was arrested in connection with a shooting in Belton Monday that left one person dead.
Demetrius Dontae Singh faces one charge of first-degree murder, police said Friday.
Early Monday, Belton police responded to a shooting in the 200 block of Manor Drive. Mason R. Teel, 24, was found dead in a driveway.
The Kansas City Metro Squad and Belton police investigated the shooting.
Singh is being held at the Cass County Jail on a $1 million bond.
