One day after a man was busted for lying to police in their investigation of shots into an Overland Park home, a Kansas City, Kan., man has been arrested and charged with firing the gun.
Johnson County prosecutors Thursday charged Andrew Esparza, 24, with one count of firing a weapon into an occupied home in connection to a May drive-by.

Esparza will make his video appearance in court at 1:30 p.m. Friday.
He remained in the Johnson County jail on a $100,000 bond as of Thursday afternoon.
