Police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a car at Bannister and McGee Saturday morning.
Kansas City, Missouri police were called to the area for a shooting shortly before 6 a.m. When officers arrived, they found a man dead from apparent gun shot wounds inside a vehicle.
The fire department arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene.
KCPD identified the victim as 24-year-old Frank Elliott Raney Jr. of Kansas City, Missouri.
Police say they have no suspect information at this time, and no other details have been released.
