Man reported missing found dead after crash in Ray County

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man reported missing has been found dead after a crash, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

Richard Watson, 23, was found dead after a single-vehicle crash on westbound 210 Highway in Ray County.

MSHP said the crash happened when Watson’s motorcycle traveled off the right side of the road, overturned and ejected him into a group of trees.

Watson was reported missing May 28, but it is unclear exactly when the crash happened.

Watson was pronounced dead on the scene by the coroner and taken to a funeral home.
