UPDATE: Police have charged Efrain Gonzalez, 18, with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a man outside a Kansas City, Kansas bar.
Gonzalez is being held on a $1.5 million bond.
The man who was killed has been identified as Louis. M Scherzer, 29, of Kansas City, Kansas.

A man was shot outside a KCK bar early Sunday morning, and later died at an area hospital.
Police were called to the 600 block of Central Avenue about 12:30 Sunday morning.
Upon arrival officers located a white male, in his twenties laying on the sidewalk.
He was transported to a hospital, and later died.
His id has not yet been released.
Police have also not released any suspect information.
