Missing Kansas City woman, 18, was with unknown man on Valentine's Day

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police have asked for help locating an 18-year-old Kansas City girl who hasn't been seen since she left her home on the east side with an unknown man on Valentine's Day. 

Vernece Brown left her home in the 3600 block of Bales Avenue just before midnight on February 14. Police said she was with an "unknown male" and hasn't been seen since.
