KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Mission Gateway will begin construction on its Tom Colicchio-curated food hall next year.
The hall will partner nationally acclaimed chefs and restaurants with “local artisanal purveyors to offer the finest in freshly prepared foods, experiential dining, shopping, and entertainment,” according to a news release.
“The development will expand upon the traditional food hall concept as Kansas City’s first modern social venue that incorporates food and drink with indoor and outdoor events, a rooftop space and lawn games, including opportunities for larger scale corporate events, leagues and tournaments,” the release stated.
Mission Gateway is a mixed-used development at Shawnee Mission Parkway, Johnson Drive, Roeland Drive and Roe Avenue in Mission, Kansas.
The development’s construction will be staggered between 2020 and 2021. More information can be found on Mission Gateway’s website.
