KANSAS CITY, Mo. — More changes could soon come to the Country Club Plaza.
Capital Grille recently filed a work permit with the city for 4764 Broadway. Williams-Sonoma used to call that space home. Capitol Grille currently sits just a few blocks away at 4740 Jefferson.
41 Action News reached out to Capital Grille Wednesday night, but have not yet heard back.
If the move is made, it will leave a large space open on the west side of the shopping and entertainment district.
Meanwhile, Nordstrom plans to move into a 116,000 square-foot space on the Plaza in 2021. Plaza officials have not said where the retail giant will be located.
Tesla on the Plaza also plans to move. There is a sign up on the old Burberry location at 450 Nichols Road that says "Opening Soon, Summer 2018." Tesla currently sits at 4760 Broadway.
