MARSHALL, Mo. — The Marshall, Mo. Public School district is investigating a mom's claim that a school bus driver hit her son.
The mom posted this photo of her son's back on Facebook:
She says she filed a police report.
The school district says the bus driver is on administrative leave while the district investigates.
"There is a video available and if it is apparent the driver struck the child, he will be terminated," school leaders told 41 Action News in a statement. "Marshall Public Schools is committed to student safety and welfare."
