KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A motorcycle rider died in a single-vehicle crash Saturday evening near Eudora.
The unidentified man was driving westbound in the 2300 block of N1400 Road around 5 p.m. when the motorcycle left the roadway, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
The driver and sole occupant, who was not wearing a helmet, was transported to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Deputies are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
