KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A motorcyclist died Sunday in a two-vehicle crash involving a minivan near Chouteau Trafficway and Northeast 42nd Terrace.
Investigators from the Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department’s Accident Investigations Unit worked with Shoal Creek officers and determined that a black Harley Davidson was traveling north on Chouteau when a green Dodge minivan driven by a 70-year-old man pulled into the road from westbound Northeast 42nd Terrace.
The 54-year-old motorcycle driver was critically injured and died at the hospital from injuries suffered in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing and police had yet to identify the victim.
