MSHP: Man dies in single-vehicle crash in Johnson County, Missouri

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Johnson County, Missouri, Sunday morning, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

At 9:40 a.m., a GMC Sierra left the roadway on U.S. 50 Highway west of Route Z, struck a pole, and overturned.

The driver and only occupant of the vehicle, a 38-year-old man from Warsaw, Missouri, was ejected from the vehicle.

He was pronounced dead just after 10:35 a.m. by the Johnson County, Missouri, Coroner's Office.
