KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol said troopers were involved in an officer-involved shooting Friday morning in Cameron, Missouri.
A tweet from Troop H said the incident took place around 7 a.m.
At approximately 7:00 a.m this morning Troop H troopers were involved in an officer involved shooting on Interstate 35 north of Cameron, Missouri. We are in the early stages of the investigation and more information will be given as it becomes available.

KQTV-TV in St. Joseph reports no troopers were injured in the incident, which took place along Interstate 35. The station reports the suspect was killed.
