KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A new restaurant opened at Crown Center near downtown Kansas City this week, and a new boutique will follow with an opening this weekend.

Burnt End BBQ, which also has a location in Overland Park, opened Monday in the spot formerly occupied by Milano Italian Dining on the first floor of the Crown Center Shops.

The restaurant, described as a fast-casual barbecue spot, will be open for lunch and dinner. It also has a full-service bar.

PB&J Restaurants, which owns and operates Burnt End BBQ, also plans to open a Starbucks shop next to the new restaurant, with an expected opening in late April.

Following the opening of Burnt End BBQ, a "hypebeast fashion" boutique will open in the Crown Center Shops on Saturday. Initial will sell brands including Gucci, Nike, Louis Vuitton and VAPE APPAREL from direct suppliers and consignors.
