There's a brand new way to see Kansas City - on wheels.

The new KC double decker tour bus rolled into town just last month.

"We travel to other cities. They have the double decker," said owner Bethanie Schemel of KC Double Decker Tours. "And we knew that Kansas City had grown so much that we knew it was time to offer this."

Even those who think they've seen Kansas City will likely see something new.

"We get a lot of tourists. People visiting Kansas City, which is awesome. They want to see the city," said Schemel. "But then we also get a lot of locals who just want to know more about their city."

Tours leave multiple times a day, six days a week from Crown Center. Each tour lasts about 75 minutes with riders going past many KC attractions.

Riders can also choose another option, which allows them to jump on and off the bus throughout the day.

Prices vary. Click here for more information.
