KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police officers used a stun gun on a man who was standing in an intersection with a gun Tuesday afternoon.
Around 2 p.m., officers were called to Volker and Paseo for an armed person who was reportedly firing shots and screaming at cars.
When officers arrived they saw a man armed with a gun standing in the intersection. Officers told the man to drop the gun, and he eventually complied.
