KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Olathe police are looking for a 16-year-old girl who has been missing for a week.
Shae Marie Avant was last seen on Sept. 25, 2019. She did not return home after school that day.
She is described as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes. She is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 178 pounds.
According to police, Avant has been suicidal in the past but has not made recent threats. They believe she ran away with her boyfriend, Jonathan Martinez, who lives in Missouri.
