UPDATE 3/1/2017 7:45 P.M.: The woman killed in the crash has been identified as 24-year-old Haley L. McDonald of Belton, Missouri.
Three-year-old Liam J. Dennon and infant Carter Casey were also in the car at the time but only sustained minor injuries.
Nathan Varner, 27, of Eagan, Minnesota, was the driver of the vehicle authorities say McDonald struck. He sustained moderated injuries.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says one person is dead after a wreck on northbound I-49 near Harrisonville, Missouri.
Officials say a 24-year-old Belton woman traveling at a high-rate of speed in an SUV rear-ended a passenger car causing both to roll over several times. The woman, who was not wearing a seatbelt, died at the scene. She had two children with her in the car. Both were properly restrained in car seats and only suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the car was suffered moderate injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital by helicopter.
