One person is dead after a motorcycle crash near W. 199th and State Line around 6:40 p.m. Sunday.
Officers arrived at the scene to find the driver of a motorcycle unresponsive and was declared deceased at the scene. Officials say the motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the crash.
The name of the victim is being held pending family notification.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to call the Traffic Safety Unit or Overland Park Police Department via dispatch at 913-895-6300.
