KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One person was killed and three others were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash near 45th Street and The Paseo overnight.
Kansas City, Missouri, police said the fatal accident happened around 12:45 a.m. Sunday when an eastbound Ford SUV struck a southbound Toyota sedan.
The collision redirected the Toyota into the front porch of a residence in the 4500 block of The Paseo.
A male passenger in the Toyota, who was identified Sunday afternoon as 28-year-old Dentea Hall of KCMO, died after being transported to a local hospital.
The female driver of the Toyota was listed in serious condition at a local hospital.
Two people in the Ford also were hospitalized, including a male driver in stable condition and a female passenger in critical condition.
