Kansas City police are investigating a life-threatening shooting that happened at Truman and Belmont on Friday evening.
Officials said the shooting happened around 7 p.m.
The victim is in critical condition and there's an issue with internal bleeding, according to authorities.
Police said they are looking for a white van with ladders on it.
