KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One person was killed when an apartment building caught fire Tuesday morning.
The fire began around 5:30 a.m. near East Gregory Boulevard and Oak Street in an three-story apartment.
Kansas City, Missouri, fire officials confirmed one person was killed in the blaze.
The only detail known about the deceased person is that they were an occupant of the apartment unit where the fire was contained.
