One person suffered critical injuries in a car wreck at 41st and Prospect in Kansas City, Mo.
The wreck happened after 5:30 p.m on Saturday.
Kansas City police say speed played a role in the wreck.
Witnesses say the SUV was chasing or being chased by a car. The vehicle lost control and hit a Ford Taurus.
The driver fled the scene of the accident.
