KANSAS CITY, Mo. — An Overland Park man has been charged in Johnson County Court with sexual exploitation of a child and blackmail.
Jeffrey D. Paschal, 26, faces two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and one count of blackmail.
Court documents state the crimes allegedly occurred between May 20 and Dec. 19, 2019.
Paschal is expected to make his first court appearance Thursday.
His bond is set at $50,000.
