KANSAS CITY, Mo. — An overturned tractor-trailer blocked the ramp from southbound Interstate 470 to Missouri Highway 291 on Thursday in Lee's Summit.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the semi did not spill any hazardous materials.
No serious injuries have been reported.
Motorists are taking the Colbern Road exit.
